The bus is comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

I booked online and it was easy. The bus ride was smooth and the staff were very friendly. I was a passenger twice (from Yangnon to Bagan, and return) and had the same staff both times. They were very attentive and professional. I would definitely book again.

The JJ bus was comfortable. They offer blanket, pillow and some snacks. The bus station in Yangon is messy and there are no good options for dining. In New Bagan, on the way back the hotel booked the bus for us, a smaller bus came to pick-us up at the hotel, which was super convenient and saved us the taxi fare.

Bus confortable and puntual, but Air conditioning freezing! We reached 18°!

The seats are as comfortable as you can expect. We mostly left on time but it seemed we waited for someone who was 20 minutes late. I don't understand why. The lady speaking English didn't speak any of the types of English I could understand so I just guessed about what was happening. The driver was good. It was 17C outside and they were blasting the AC (just as another reviewer stated they experienced too). I had on my pants, long sleeve, winter hat, hoodie, blanket, and I was shivering. Everyone was freezing. It makes me hate this bus. But in reality, the 3 bus companies I used all did this. They really need to stop blasting Aircon when it's already super cold inside. Invest in some adjustable switches maybe for temperature control. Everyone was freezing. If it wasn't for the aircon.... definitely 5 stars. But I'm giving 3 stars in hopes others get a warmer ride in the future. Great quality company. It was 8 hours of freezing cold. It's a 2+1 so seat 3 is best in my opinion.
Good safe driving. Arrived on time. Blanket and head rests and water supplied. Unfortunately, at the dinner stop (midnight) the driver locks the door while he and his steward go to have dinner. If you outside, you forced to stand in the cold and if you are in the bus you cannot exit even for your toilet! To enhance the travellers good experience someone to help with a taxi to your destination/hotel would be fantastic. Because the taxi drivers at the Bagan Shwe Pyi highway bus terminal are robbers who told us the city was very far but in fact it was very close and we were charged three times more than we should have paid according to our hotel.

Everything was fine, we've arrived to Bagan even 1 hour before the scheduled time. But I'm completely agree with previous customer: it was very inconvenient to take a taxi at Bagan bus station and to bargain with drivers at 4 am. We also have paid 2-3 time bigger price for a very short distance

Great bus, only three sears in a row, very confortable seats. You are provided with head rests, a blanket (still, you'd better take a sweater with you), water and a little snack. You can buy food in the bus station before leaving and at the midnight twenty-minute stop. Very confortable, all my friends who never sleep in buses this time slept the all time. You arrive sharp in the morning, in time to see the sunset after climbing a temple. Ask your taxi driver to take you there. A fair price for the ride is 6000 kyats (5 US$) per person for the taxi to take you to the temples and then to your hotel in the city. The bus leaves very sharp and because of the crazy traffic it can take one hour and half to reach the station. Be sure you leave Yangon on time, otherwise they will leave you there!

Bagan Min Thar bus is more comfortable than other buses, and there is no different in paying extra dollars for other higher priced ticket.
The services provided is more "local", where there would be music playing from the driver side, but this is not much of an issue, considering the vehicle engine noise would somehow muffled it
